Hey Kevin I started you videos this week. I'm doing the beginner schedule. Your videos are great for those wanting a good home workout. Will also be great when I travel as well. l have a similar experience is sports when I was younger as you did. I'm motivated to lose my gut. I am no stranger to hard work. I love dedicating time throughout the week to my own personal fitness as well as helping family and friends achieve a better understanding of their own body.
