You may experience a firmer, rounder peach as a result of adhering to this program - but you will also gain a better understanding of why programming for Stabilization, Strength, and Power are crucial to one’s fitness journey. It is my goal that you will stick to the full 12-Week program and share your progress with me along the way!
8 WEEKS
This program is specifically designed for the safe and effective progression of upper body movements and exercises for Intermediate/Advanced Lifters only.
Programming is designed for a safe/effective 4 Day Split. Once program is complete, adjust as you’d like. You may experience increased strength and a more toned physique as a result of adhering to this program - but you will also gain a better understanding of why programming for Stabilization, Strength, and Power are crucial to one’s fitness journey. It is my goal that you will stick to the full 8-Week program and share your progress with me along the way!

This program is specifically designed for the safe and effective progression of exercises targeting the entire body for Intermediate/Advanced lifters only.
You may experience a rounder peach, toned muscles, and an increase in confidence as a result of adhering to this program - but you will also gain a better understanding of why programming for Stabilization, Strength, and Power are crucial to one’s fitness journey. It is my goal that you will stick to the full 30 Day program and share your progress with me along the way!
